Return and Exchange Policy

We do NOT exchange nor accept returns for merchandise.

You must contact us within 2 business days after receiving merchandise if damage is present. At that point we will notify our courier of damage so that they may set up an inspection and pickup.  You will be issued an RMA and you must write the RMA on the outside of your return package.  Shipments without an RMA will be refused.  Merchandise that is approved for exchange must be received 10 days after receipt of RMA.

Cancelled Orders:
Cancelled orders will incur a 4% fee, unless the merchandise has already shipped in which case we will not cancel the order.

Large Volume Purchases:
If you are outfitting a store or purchasing a large volume of displays we suggest that you purchase single unit samples first before committing to your final volume purchase. 

Defective Merchandise or Damage in Transit:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if an item is defective or arrives damaged.  You must email us with digital photographs within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise or else we cannot process a claim.  We will initiate a damage pickup and inspection with our courier.  If you are issued an RMA number you must write the RMA on the outside of your return package.  Shipments returned without an RMA will be refused.  Merchandise that is defective or damaged must be received by us 10 days after notification of damage.

We do not give refunds for damaged or defective merchandise.

Replacement merchandise will be shipped once our courier makes their damage inspection report.  This might take 3-5 business days.

You must retain the original boxes with shipping labels and packing material.  If you throw away these boxes with their labels and if you throw away packing materials we cannot process a damage claim and you will not be entitled to a replacement.  This is our shipping couriers' insurance policy and is non-negotiable.
