Return and Exchange Policy We do NOT exchange nor accept returns for merchandise. You must contact us within 2 business days after receiving merchandise if damage is present. At that point we will notify our courier of damage so that they may set up an inspection and pickup. You will be issued an RMA and you must write the RMA on the outside of your return package. Shipments without an RMA will be refused. Merchandise that is approved for exchange must be received 10 days after receipt of RMA. Cancelled Orders: Large Volume Purchases: Defective Merchandise or Damage in Transit: We do not give refunds for damaged or defective merchandise. Replacement merchandise will be shipped once our courier makes their damage inspection report. This might take 3-5 business days. You must retain the original boxes with shipping labels and packing material. If you throw away these boxes with their labels and if you throw away packing materials we cannot process a damage claim and you will not be entitled to a replacement. This is our shipping couriers' insurance policy and is non-negotiable. PACKAGES SENT WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER ATTACHED TO THE OUTSIDE OF PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED. |
